How long does personalised stationery take to ship?
All products are made to order and personalised specifically for you. Please allow 5–7 working days for calligraphy, printing, quality checks, and packaging before dispatch.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location within India. Remote or non-metro areas may require additional time.
Do you offer urgent orders?
If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, although this cannot always be guaranteed.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom notecards?
Our notecards are available in sets of 25, 50, or 100.
For corporate or bulk orders above 100 units, please contact us at contact@tishyapansari.com for custom pricing.
Can I add a company logo for corporate gifting?
Yes, we work with corporate clients to create branded stationery and gifting solutions. Your company logo can be incorporated alongside our calligraphy and illustrations.

Can I see samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we can arrange sample sets for corporate and bulk orders. Sample charges may apply and are adjusted against your final order.
What is your returns policy for personalised items?
As each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns on personalised items.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
What is copperplate calligraphy?
Copperplate is a traditional calligraphy style known for its elegant, flowing letterforms and fine details.
Originating in 16th-century Europe, it was historically engraved on copper plates. We adapt this technique for modern printing to personalise your stationery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or failed delivery attempts. Any re-shipping required may incur additional charges.

Personalised Products
As all items are customised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalised products, except in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Personalised items cannot be resold, and therefore cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not possible once production has begun.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as per the approved personalisation details, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, kindly share:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs and videos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the problem
After review, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Replacement Policy
Approved issues will typically be resolved through a replacement of the same item with the correct personalisation.
Please allow the standard production time for replacements, as these items must be recreated.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Minor variations in colour due to screen settings or printing processes
- Slight placement differences that fall within acceptable production tolerances
- Delays caused by courier services
- Incorrect personalisation details provided at the time of order
- Change of mind after the order has been placed
- Items showing signs of use, mishandling, or damage after delivery
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved due to our error or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the corrected item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet started. Once personalisation work has begun, cancellations are not possible.
